	Trying to find info on my mother Dorothy Freda Jane Allen. Born in Bow in East London in january 1916.Her parents were Joseph Henry Allen & Violet Dorothy Wakelen.I have no info on her until a national insurance card dated1932 shows her at an address in Watford.So where she was & what she did in those 16 years i don't know. I have a vague recollection that she may have been in service possibly for Queen Mary or in a home or even fostered out.She married my father Edward Hide in1944 once again details of those 12 years are sketchey. I do know that she worked in Watford bus garage and she met my father through a friends' introduction.I don't really know where to start looking,any suggestions?The faintest clue may turn out to be a good lead.
