Hi,
I'm trying to track down some details about my father, who I lost touch with when I was 8. His Name is Mervyn Stuart Harris and his DOB might be 03/05/45.
If nayone could help it would be much appreciated!

wow - that was quick! what is JQ and what do those numbers mean? I guess his name could be meLvyn, rathet than meRvyn....

brilliant - thanks! But no, I don't know where he was born :( I was ripped off by web-based people finding site so i thought I'd try and check it out myself!

th eonly clue i have is a family legend that he may have lived in hastings about ten years ago - families, eh?

If you go onto that site you can order the certificate online for £7

Put in all the details in the boxes provided,
Where it asks "do you know the GRO references" answer yes. The ref. are Vol:12 page :0624
