Find Ancestors

I have just discovered that my Great Grandmother's maiden name was Thompson before she married Robert Henry Marshall.
Other than the birth certificate of one of Rose's children (Rosetta known as Rose) and the information on the 1901 census when Rose, born in Reepham Norfolk was living in Tottenham I cannot find any further information.
Further help would be most appreciated please.....specifically
Where exactly did Rose come from?

How can I identify all their children when freeBMD doesn't show them all?

I know that the Marshall family later moved to Maidstone Kent and were there for about 10 years from 1903.
