I think I have found this on the search records....I found a Peter R Cooper born in 1946 born in the 3rd quarter, but have no way of knowing Mother's Christian name. Do you have any more information on the Peter Cooper born in Loughborough? Many thanks. Sandra

Member Since: April 2008 Posts: 11 Send Message	I am looking for a full or half brother born around 1946 to my Mum, Winifred Cooper (born 1916). He may have been called Peter, but was adopted at birth, although I think my Mum visited him after the adoption. He may have been born around the Manchester area/Tonbridge/Surrey or Blackpool.
