Find Ancestors

I am trying to find any one who could be related to Ernest Scott, i do not have his birth year but his first child a son was born in 1928 he was name was Roy Sail ( he took his mum's name as her parents wouldn't allow them to marry or see each other).

He went on to have 2 other children a girl and boy, the girls name is Jaqueline Scott but if she is married obviously it will be different, I know my grandfather (ROY) was going to meet her a couple of years ago but for some reason they never did.

I would be so grateful if anyone could tell me anything as we have a void on one side of the family, you can e-mail me privately

i was wondering if any one had any information on Ernest scott who served in the grenadier guards, he married sometime after 1928 and went on to have 2 children, malcolm and jaqueline or josephine, family unsure!!!!!!


I am told that they at some point lived in the pre-fabs near bulwell lido! if anyone has any information no matter how trivia it may seem i would be very grateful.

This is an uodate of the last post and i hope that this time i may get some where.

thanks for any help, He can from the bulwell area of nottingham but not 100% sure if thats where he was born as family knowledge is rather sketchy.

Did you grandfather Ernest Scott eventually marry your grandmother Miss Sail? It would help to know her maiden name if you have it.

I already have My grandfathers birth thank you and i have his birth certificate.

No they did not marry he went on to marry someone else and have 2 children with his new partner, i believe there names where Malcolm and jaqueline but i am struggling to find them.

The reason I posted his birth is so that anyone wanting to check it out for themselves (as people on here do), I have saved them the bother.

You still must remove your email address. If you go to your first posting on the thread, there is a button at the bottom of it that says "Edit". Click on that, and you will be able to delete your email address. Then click on Submit and it will be gone. For your own safety.

I am not coming up with any Jacquelines with a brother Malcolm with the same mother's maiden name.
