George Alfred Clark b. 1870/1 in Middlesex

Married Adelaide Delma Cork in 1894 at Wandsworth.

Seen on 1901 census as living in Edgware with wife and 2 children and then he disappears!

His wife emigrates to Canada in June 1906 (listed as married, not widowed!) taking daughter with her.

The son travels out to join his mother 2 year later in 1908 with a party from an orphanage.

But what happened to George Alfred? I have tried every avenue I can think of and am beginning to unravel the story from the Canadian end but am really stuck here. Can anyone help please? Would be very grateful.
