He is listed on his father's death certificate in 1955 as residing RAF West Freugh Wigtownshire Scotland. I believe there might be brothers Victor H. and Norman C. Thanks Ian R

The 'Mountain' connection is strange - 1881 shows a visitor Ann Osborne who I thought might be mother-in-law, but no real associations found with that surname births. however, looking for 'Mountains', there are several children in the Rochford workhouse listed next to an older male 'Osborne' - I wonder....?
