Oh heck, i've posted my form and cheque today downloaded from Lancashire BMD.. Will i be okay with this method or is it slow...
This lady is really frustating me for someone so recent!

you can order certificates online at this site
http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/

cost £7 as long as you make sure you tick the GRO reference known box

The first time you use the site you have to register but that is free and of course you need a credit/debit card for payment

Buy the marriage cert to find out her father's name to be certain you trace the correct line.

Married Jesse Mather in 1892 Adlington St Pauls Church Lancashire and lived in 1901 at 42 Market Street Adlington Chorley Lancashire.
Where was she before this? She had 8 Children as i know of but i do suspect she also had some still births too. Known live births were: George 1895, Maggie 1897, Amelia 1899, Sarah Ellen 1901, Annie 1903, Essie 1904, Sylvia 1906 and Jesse 1910. All with Sir name Mather...
Any one any ideas how to find her family?
