Trying to find relations of Carol Allen born 17 September 1943 at St Martin's Hospital in Bath. She is my mother and was adopted at birth. I would like to trace my maternal grandmother, Olive Mabel Allen, and my uncles, aunts and cousins. My mother was renamed Sally Cole by her adoptive parents upon adoption in 1944. Olive Allen was the daughter of George Henry Pitman and Mabel Celia Pitman (nee Tiley). If anyone can help me find my lost family I would be very grateful. Olive was married to Harold Allen, a gardener by trade, but I believe he was not the father of Carol. Any help whatsoever would be greatly appreciated. |
