I'm trying to find my cousin, Diane Edwards

Diane was the only child of May (Mary) and Charles Edwards and was brought up in the Finsbury Park / Islington area of London. May was Irish and was a friend of my birth mother, Bridget Reilly, and May introduced Bridget to Percy (sometimes known as Jim) Streater and his wife Maud (who was Charlie's sister). Bridget named me Patricia Diana and handed me over for adoption in July 1946 when May acted as the intermediary. I recall meeting up with my Auntie May and Uncle Charlie and Diane a few times in the 1950's. Bridget was a Catholic, so I assume May was too.

I was brought up at Goodinge Road in Islington until I was 11.

I feel sure that as Diane grew older her Mum, May, would have mentioned my background so Diane may hold information unknown to me. I understand Bridget may well have had another daughter, called Margaret, some two years after me.

Does any of the above 'ring any bells' with a Diane Edwards? If so, I would be delighted if you would contact me.
