Parents of James Clark

Hi, I am trying to trace the parents of James Clark c1801 born I think in Barking,he was married to Susanna or Susanne they had five children: Thomas c1824,Anne c1827,Emma c1836,Henry c1838,William c1841.

Having trouble finding James on the 1841 census. Could you give me an idea where they were living then and also tell me the area that Barking is in.

Hi Dee,
According to the 1841 census returns James and his family were living in The Court Fisher Street Barking Essex.His occupation at that time was Ag Lab.
In the 1851 census returns he was living at 127 Fisher Street Barking Essex his occupation was a coal porter. Barking in those days came under Romford Essex, hope this helps you to help me many thanks John.

Hi Dee,
Thanks for the information its a great help to me,I have been looking on the Find my past site sadly it does not show a lot of detail Could you recomend any other sites? You asked if I had found any children on LDS whats LDS? sorry if I sound a bit thick, But I have these senior moments its a wonder I have got as far as I have.
