1871 census halp please

Hi can any one help me PLEASE

I am relatively new to all this and I am having trouble finding the following family on the 1871 census they all seem to have disappeared
Also
When Jane married William would she have used her married or maiden name on the marriage certificate? She was married to Edward Smith I think

Any help you can give will bring my sanity back well some say I am mad any way

William Henry Williams born abt1834 Poplar Middlesex can’t find him or his parent’s on the 1841, 1851 either think he had a brother Fredrick

1st marriage Jane Smith born Abt 1814 this was here second marriage, don’t know her maiden name.

Jane and William marriage I think Abt 1860
Henry and Jane’s children
William Henry Williams born Abt 1860 Lambeth
Alice M Abt born 1861 Lambeth
When Jane married Henry she brought her children Joseph E, Edward, Harriet Hannah and Edward Smith

2nd Minnie Rose Sims born Abt 1881 Brighton
Marriage June 1901 Southwark
William and Minnie’s children
Walter Norman born 1902 Lambeth

And finally on the 1891 census

William Henry head
Jane wife
William Henry son born about 1860
Alice M daughter born about 1861
William H grand son
Alice grand daughter
Henry J grand son
Edward H grand son

I think the grand children are Alice M and something is making me think that maybe she was not the daughter of Jane and William but the wife of William Henry born 1860. Do any of you think that I could be right?
