Staffordshire parish records look up

Is anyone able to look up Staffordshire parish records for Rocester, Alton or Madeley? I am looking for the birth of Thomas Vernon, supposedly at Rocester 1810 or 11 (1871 census gives Alton as birthplace) & his marriage to Sarah Elson, born around the same time in Madeley. It has been suggested that the marriage may have taken place in Madeley. I suspect it would be prior to 1830 as a son, Stephen, was born in that year. My ancestor, John O'Connor Vernon, was born Stoke Upon Trent, 1841. I have his birth & marriage certificates.
I live in Melbourne, Australia & have been unable to find any listings at all for events in Staffordshire between 1812 & 1837 & nothing for Thomas or Sarah in what is available here on microfiche.
Have also searched extensively online to no avail.
Any help gratefully received
