Christine, check ArgyllGran's post of 28 Feb 2019 she has given you what looks to be Mary's baptism record.
It gives you her parents names and place of baptism, also that of her sisters.

Don't forget that the names on Irish baptism records are given in Latin so will differ from the anglican version.

ie:- John would be noted as Johanis
Bridget would be noted as Brigidae etc.

As to why she came over with her family, that's anyones guess. The most frequent reason was to look for work but who knows?
