have you confirmed his father by getting his marriage certificate. If not the details to buy the cert are on freebmd.org.uk
his birth cert (also on freebmd) would confirm his parents names

I am trying to find anything about William Foster Wilson 1892-1967, i know he married an Eliza Beachill 1897-1921 but dont really know anything about his parents (my GGGrandad) who i think was another William Foster Wilson around 1865, also I have down an Elizabeth Holling as the mother born around 1865 but have come to a complete standstill. all from Barnsley area
