Robert Lorne PATTISON .... born 1807 Preston Pans Scotland
Parents Thomas and Elizabeth (nee Lorn)
Elizabeth baptised 1769 - Gargunnock Stirling Scotland
married Thomas 17/11/1797 - Glasgow Lanark Scotland (this info very sketchy)
Sons Robert Lorne and William born 1807 & 1809 resp Preston Pans Scotland
Not a great deal of information I know, but I hope someone there can help.
R L came to Aust in his early 20's as mate on the first steam ship from Glasgow to Aust. He settled in Morpeth NSW and captained various steam packets along the NSW coast.
Any info would be appreciated - it's like doing a jig-saw with only half the pieces
