Can anyone help?
My ggrandparents were William Thompson, Eliza Thompson (Cooper). They had two children Christeana and Jack W. Williams father was John Thompson, he was a shoemaker.Eliza's father was George Cooper,he was a watch maker.Eliza i think was born in Darlington and William in Fearby ,Masham,Yorkshire.Christeana was also born in Fearby in 1885.Her brother Jack I am not sure about.I think he may be younger than Christeana as William and Eliza were married in 1884.My mother recall they emigrated to Ontario but she is not sure when and when they returned as Christeana married in durham in 1906.Jack owned a shoe shop where or when i am not sure.If anyone thinks they may have any info on this family let me know cause i'm stuck now.

Thanks for looking this up i also found this info but the william and elizabeth are not the right people.Christeana was my mothers grandmother.My mother is sure she only had one brother which was jack,also the christeana you have looked up was born in rawdon not masham.William was born 1864 fearby,eliza born 1865 darlington.i have this information from their marraige certificate but cannot find any info on the census.At the time of their marraige they were both living jopling yard bondgate.i presume this to be darlington as that is where they got married.thanks anyway its just very baffling and doing my head in as i have searched for hours and found nothing.
