I'M TRYING TO FIND ANY IMFORMATION ABOUT MY GRANDMUM, HER NAME IS MARGARET BROWN BORN ABOUT 1889 NOT SURE WHERE SHE WAS BORN . IN1921 SHE LIVED AT 51 BRENTNALL ST, STOCKPORT, CHESHIRE.THATS WHEN SHE HAD MY MUM,SHE MARRIED CHARLES GRAHAM IN1930 AT ST. THOMAS CHURCH STOCKPORT,IN 1939 SHE LIVED AT 20 FREEMANTLE ST UNTILL 1945 WHEN SHE DIED.SO IF ANYONE COULD FIND ANYTHING ABOUT HER ,ALSO MY MUM USED TO GO AND SEE A AUNT MARY,WHO LIVED IN BRENTNALL ST, BUT I DON'T KNOW IF THAT WAS MARGARETS SISTER OR JUST A FRIEND OF HER'S.

Do you have her marriage certificate to Charles Graham, because this will give her fathers name.and his occupation
Knowing this will help to find her on the 1901 census. There are too many Margaret Browns born in Cheshire to find her without this information

just for future reference Elaine - a post is much easier to read if you do not use all capital letters - just perhaps for names so that they stand out
