Member Since: January 2007 Posts: 4 Send Message	Melvyn (or Melvin) was adopted by William and Rose Mogford who had a son of their own, John Coles Mogford. I believe Melvyn was the child of one of Rose's relatives. I don't have precise dates but William was born about 1880 so I guess Melvyn could have been born 1900-1925ish. My mother would be his "adopted" cousin and she was born 1921. We do know that Melvyn married and had five children but contact has been lost for a very long time.
