Trying to Find William Parker 1897 Todmorton

I am trying to trace the parents of my grandfather William Parker, born 1897 in or around Todmorton/Clitheroe, Lancashire. I know he had at least one sister Nelly. My grandfather married Elizabeth Ann Berkley in 1920 in Ashington, Northumberland where they lived and died. I would be delighted at any information.
