Lost Cousins

Hi I'm trying to track down my cousins whom I last saw in 1950's in Perth Australia.
Their father was Leslie Noel Jones. their mother was Cynthia (nee Shanahan).
Their names are David, Peter, Heather and Brian.
Tragically their father was killed in 1960 in Bayswater a motorbike accident, he was a policeman.
I have been trying to track them down for a few years now unfortunately, my mother died she would've had their last address. I did however trace my uncles grave and burial, his date of death 22.01.1960, he is buried in karrakatta anglican, he was 42. Any ideas how to trace them? Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
