Records can be hard to find,I've lost 3.

My great grandparents marriage Arthur Turner to Anne 1892-4 Sheffield,England .Their 1st child Ethel (my nan) was born 1894 and Arthurs 1st wife Sarah Elizabeth Lamb died 1892

My parents marriage Ernest Gordon Hanson to Gladys 1948 Sheffield.Mum found out at this point she was adopted and may have married as Longhurst or Barstow

My adoptive nans death . Alice Longhurst (nee Turner 1898 Sheffield).I have a photo of her husband Stanley on holiday with us 1970 so her death would have been during the previous 12 months in Sheffield
