You can do an address search on www.1901censusonline.com but you have to buy credits to see the results!

On Ancestry, you can do an address search but it is very long winded (especially for a place like Islington).

On the home page, click on 1901 census, then scroll down to "Please choose a county"; click on "London"; scroll down to Islington; If you know the sub-registration district click on that. Then you will have to click on each of the View Enumeration district until you find the one that mentions Freeling St. When you have found it, click on the district number and then go throught the pages that come up.

If you don't know the sub-registration district, you will have to go through each of them.

Best of luck!

thank you elouise.i looked at that one but on 1891 henry allen1851 is then a bootmaker[would he change to a specialist job in his 30s?] and both henrys have an initial for second name and neither have one on m.c.
wittnesses are both his wifes family so cant use their names either
is it poss to bring up just the
13 freeling st address on 1901 somehow?
