Have Roberts death certificate and paybook but nothing on either relates to his date of birth!! There is a niggle about the paybook because it has two different army numbers on.No info on marriage lines re Davies family apart from fathers name and occupation. We think he was the eldest but have nothing to confirm it. Just been advised a Thomas George Davies married Annie Lowe in Birmingham circa 1892 but that means the brothers were born out of wedlock, not unusual but it muddies the water!! Incidentally what do the ref numbers mean on bmd files(1885 11b 329 St Asaph)?Alan

I am looking for info on Thomas George Davies and his sons Robert,Albert and Joseph, born in the Birmingham area, possibly St Asaph or Aston.Robert married in Salford in 1911 aged 26 and his certificate states his father was a cycle mechanic but is deceased by 1911.despite loads of searching and spending too much money I have found nothing on the records.
