Colin - if you're sure about the birthplace you can always order the film into your local LDS church and hunt through the records. I don't know how big Wrockwardine was in 1800ish but I wouldn't mind betting there was only the one parish church ...

William Thomas was born 1803 at Wrockwardine in Shropshire
I cannot find out his parents name

I can only find his spouce on file with him every time i put his name
foreward-- Sarah Lawrence comes up. Why do people persist
in hiding details away, dont they want others to share in their
rightfull ancestery.
My gr/gr was Harriet Thomas, Dau; of William and Sarah.
Any Body???????????????????????????????????????????????????
