William Wright of Stockport/Manchester Missing Yea

Would anyone have any information regarding a William Wright between the years 1852 to 1871.
He was born 1852 in Withins Row Brinnington Stockport Cheshire, and the 1871 census shows him lodging with a family named Slack of Cyrus St. Manchester.
In 1873 he married a Lucy Jane williams from Stockport retuning to Brinnington Stockport.This may also help in finding what happened to Harriet and Joseph his parents also no sign of after the 1851 census.
