Find Ancestors

i am trying to find out about robert w robinson what i am trying to find his is date of birth i know when he died in apr 1883 but don't know when he was born he was the son of edwin thomas robinson born 1849 in barbados west indies and julia robinson nee lockwood born laxfield suffolk in about 1862.
If anyone can help i would most grateful.

this is my great grandfather edwin thomas robinson son not thomas robinson who is edwin's father.
My cousin and i know when he died but not when he was born. I think he was born in dovercourt essex.

Have you got the names and dates correct, because if he is the son of Edwin and Julia, they didn't marry until 1882 and you say he died 1883.

If you don't have his death cert to know how old he was I'm curious to know how you know he was their son.

yes i have dates right he could have been born before edwin and julia got married i did know that julia had a daugther before she married edwin but what i will do i will look it up on my cousin mark site just to doulbe check.

i have just had a look at my cousin mark site at say apr 1883. edwin and julia where married 21st feb 1882 so julia could have been carrying robert when she married edwin what do you think.

This is the only Robert W registered in Q2 1883 and he was under a year old.

so julia must have been carried him when she married edwin. Robert was my grandfather's older brother my grandfather was born in 1900 and i know talking to my cousin that she said that my great grandmother had about 11 children with edwin.
