possible birth (Blaby reg district for narborough)

Births Mar 1845 (>99%)

Isaac Brown born in Littlethorpe Narborough year of birth 1844. Have found Isaac on census 1851 6 yrs of age father William mother Mary, place of birth Leicester???
Found him again 1861 but unfortunately he was a visitor unable to confirm parents.
Have been stuck on this for a long time can anyone please help me to find Isaac's parents any help or suggestions would be
appreciated.
