Member Since: July 2008 Posts: 4 Send Message	I have recently found out that I have a half sister. Deborah Anne Carter was born on 4th April 1966 in Nottingham. Deborah was given up for adoption in May 1966. I have no details of new name, all I know is that she was adopted by a family in London. I'm desperate to find her, if anybody has any information or suggestions on how I can locate my sister it would be greatly appreciated.
