Trying to find daughter of Walter Walker. She is now living in USA, born in 1945, can anyone assist?

Firstly you need to know her christian name.
Did she marry here before she went to USA? If so you need to find her married name by checking records and then the white pages there. will be difficult!

Hi My grandmother Sarah Collins/Walker had a brother Walter in Sheffield. I believe Walter passed away a few years ago but my Aunts Mary and Kathleen who still live in Sheffield may know. Do you think there may be a connection?
