Find Ancestors

My fathers name is John harold Morris, I am uncertain of his age as the only record I have been able to obtain is the marriage cert to my mother, who he married in Leeds, March 1969. At this time he was 22 so I assume he around 60- 61. His father was Walter sidney morris, who is deceased on the marriage cert. I have no idea what his mothers maiden name was but i think he was born in Ireland and all searches I have done are not showing anything I feel able to follow up. His occupation in 1969 was a social worker at ST Georges Crept in leeds, but my last memory of him was when he lived in Headingley, Leeds while attending Leeds university.

I have no idea if he remarried or has other children, fortunatley there is no record of him in the death records. I have tired the electoral records but again nothing provides anything I can follow up.

Any help would be very much appreciated as I seem to have hit a dead end. Thank you xx Helena

Found a death of a Walter S MORRIS 43 yrs in Bristol OND 1963.

Found a birth of a John H MORRIS mmn Fox O'Bren Wincanton JFM 1948. I thought the maiden name sounds Irish to me.
