Trying to locate Vernon Roy Taylor or Paul Taylor son of Vernon Roy Taylor.Paul's mothers name is Kathleen and came from Ireland.He came over from Jamaica. Veron's brother is trying to trace him.He has not seen his brother in nearly 40 years.Any ideas on how i can trace him.I am his step daughter and trying to help.Last known assress Camden, London.
