Linda, Thanks for that but unfortunately, my problem is that from abt 1826 through to at least 1843 he was serving in St Vincents in the Caribbean with the Royal Horse Artillery. Thanks for trying though. |

Can anyone help, I am trying to find the parents of Jacob Davies born abt 1810 in Llandaff in Glamorgan Wales, on one of his marriage certificates it says his father is Jonathan Davies baptist minister deceased by 1858. Also Jacobs first wife Margaret unknown surname I think married either just before he was posted to St vincents with the army in 1826 or while he was out there. |
