first time at this,i am trying to find information on a kenneth stanley hall died in 1964 aged 61 believed to be buried at welford rd cemetery leicester .believed to be married to annie emily hall (richardson) but can find no record of birth or marriage

you can order the birth certificate from the GRO, this will give his parents names

You can find information like this on twww.freebmd.org.uk

it is an ongoing project so the marriages are only up to the 1920's, after this you need someone to search Ancestry quarter by quarter to look at the original images. This is time consuming,so you need to be able to be more specific about when they married. When was the first child born for instance
