Does anyone know anything about Blanche Eileen Mitchell born abt 1892 place unknown claims her faher wa John Mitchell a sgt major n the Cameron Highlanders
She married Arthur Jarvis in 1913 Chatham Kent

Have been unable to find her birth or death either in England or Scotland can anyone help, please???
