There is a Winifred Jackson with mother maiden name Jackson born Dec Q 1912 Burnley 8e 460

Unfortunately there were no official adoptions til late 1927 so you will have to rely on searching for that name, which is fairly unusual on the trees here and contacting those with the name and in the right area.

hi i am trying to locate my late grandmas birth mother as i have been told my grandma was adopted as a baby but cannot find records of this she was born in warrington 30/09/1912 to a lady by the name of margaret and i belive her married name was jackson.margaret lived at sankey bridges in warrington england.any info from her children/grandchildren would be appreciated to enable us to find my grandma,s roots,my grandma by marriage was winifred forster but her adopted name was winfred blease,any info will be kept private and do not want to impose on anyone but would be nice to know where she came from many thanks amanda
