Niether of the Catherines quoted by Susan in 1901 has an Irish connection but going by the Dec 1889 birth of catherine Alicia -she seems to be the daughter of John b1858 Liverpool and Norah b 1864 Ireland.She appears 1891 aged 9mthswith siblings John 4 and mary A 2

Her first marriage was to George Wales,and they had 1 daughter, Kathleen Dora, born 1915, (my mother) George was killed at sea about 1917. Her second marriage was to Robert McColl
and she had 3 more children with him.
Mel- why do you need my fathers name? I am looking for details concerning my maternal grandparents.

I am trying to trace any information regarding my grandmothers family.
Her name was Catherine Alicia,D.O.B around 1895, and I know she lived in Liverpool in her early days and then moved to Jarrow after her first marriage. I believe her family originated from Ireland, but don't know if she was born there or not. I would love to know about my great-grandparents and if she had any brothers or sisters. Can anyone help please?
