Does anyone know of an Albert Clark who was killed in France during 1918, I have a birth certificate of my grandfather George that states Albert was the father and the mothers name is Mabel May Willder....I cant find any marriage between them. the strange thing is that George was born in Salford and no Clark's or Willder's lived there at this time!!!!

Anyone shed any light on this

You have the birth cert of George?

BUT you are asking about Albert. So is Albert the father of George

Confused

What date is the birth cert you have?

Thanks for your messages

I also found that Marriage in Kings Norton, but couldnt find Clark and Willder showing together, but when searched independently they appear on the same date, I think this may be the certificate I need, the one in Liverpool is also intersting, as there was Mabel and a May who were sisters, I was thinking maybe she wasnt married and came to salford to have the baby out of wedlock and gave a combination of her and her sisters names!, I have Albert's date of death, but the war sites do not indicate how old he was or his date of birth!
