Yes, certainly - I have several relatives who had performed the same 'trick' - once at work and one at home, or once at home and once at grandparentss etc. |

Yes it happens regularly that people ar included on two entries, especially where he/she is in service. |

Most likely Elizabeth included him, thinking she should,although he was not actually there at the time he was her "head of household" ! |
