I'm interested in making contact with any Harris' in Yorkshire particularly Pontefract/Hemsworth areas who may have connections to Madeley and surrounding villages in Shropshire. Particularly those who descend from people born in the late 1800's and early 1900's. |

Hi Sharon, my Grandmothers ancestors were all born and bred in Dawley/Madeley area of Shropshire. My great great grandmother was born around 1858, Emma Harris, she married William Walker and they had (I think) 6 children:- |
