Member Since: May 2004 Posts: 24 Send Message	Hi, Can anybody help me please? I am trying to trace Cicley Hall who lived in Reed Pond Walk, Romford, Essex in 1926. I think she may be the same Cicley who was born in 1892 in Bow London. If so her fathers name was William and her mothers was Fannie and she 2 sisters, Joyce and Hilda and maybe a brother Philip. Her occupation was a millinery designer in 1926. She also visited Portmouth in that year for a period of time. Grateful for any help, Regards Barbara McGovern
