trying to find a birth certificate

hi i am trying to find a birth in the year 1891/92. this lady died in 1923 at the age of 32. i have her marriage and death certificates but can not complete the family tree till i get this one(birth). i have looked and looked for this lady i dont even no where she was born. if some one can help me in this matter i will be most grateful.her father was called THOMAS EDWARDS and i think her morther may have been called LUCY?
