If you have the marriage cert for Reginald it should give his father's name. Failing that then the birth cert will give you both parents' names. |

If his parents married in Oxford it might be one of these - but there's no guarantee that's where they did marry so you really do need his marriage cert and/or birth cert: |

Peter if he was born 3/9/06 you have a few weeks to register birth, so he could well have been registered in October |
