I am trying to find some other record other than cliffords Birth record March 1928 Birmingham. His Parents are Tom Jackson and Olive Jackson Nee Johnson. I have checked:
FreeBMD, Family Search, Genesreunited and the list of who died in dute in WW2 but drawn a blank.

Any information would be much apprechiated

Ive prob not explained it properly.

Am looking for a Marrage or death recorcd for him.

Unfortunately as FreeBMD only goes up to mid 1920's you will need to check on either Ancestry or Findmypast for a possible marriage. Neither site is free.

You would need to trawl through the images, year by year & quarter by quarter, from when he was old enough to marry - that is if he did actually marry.

Like wise for a possible death
