Member Since: June 2004 Posts: 6 Send Message	I have been trying to trace the birth date and death place (and date) of Dr. John Jackson and his wife Elizabeth (Dettmer). I have a little on his children, one of which I am descended. I also have some heresay that he was a relative of Sir George Jackson R.N. who was with the admiralty in England. ( was responsible for the sponsorship of captain James Cook's expeditions. )
