I am looking for my grandad George Frederick Anderson, all I know is that he was born in April 1918, he married my nan Maggie Foster who was from the Liverpool area, he had at least 1 sister Ivy Anderson who married my nans brother William Foster.

Can anyone help please as I would really like to know more about my grandad, he died when I was about 9 or 10, I remember him but don't know much about his family.

This looks like your grandads birth ,on freebmd ,and some siblings but no Ivy anderson with them but if she was born before 1911 it would not show her mothers maiden name on records and remember that you have a few weeks to reg a birth so it will be later than april that your looking for.
You will need to get his birth cert and or marriage cert to get back further reliably
