It's just been transcribed wrong, Susan.
The original shows the Bradbury family #20 living at Lane Head. The next family #21 live at Bridge End. It says Corn Miller & Farmer & wife from home, family entered. The family starts with daughter, Sarah Ann, 6.

On that 1851 census the Morton family are not part of the Bradbury family. It's a different address and it states that the head and his wife are away from home and the children are listed.
The Bradbury family consists of:
Neddy, head, widower, 58
Thomas, son, 32
Ruth, son's wife, 34
Edward, son's son, 10 months
