Hi Julia, Thanks for your lookup offer.
I have a Samual Watson and his family who went to Canada in c1905, his forth child was born in Montreal in June1906 and then they show up on the Irish 1911 Census.
Could you lookup for me when they arrived back, sometime between second half of 1906 and beginning of 1911.
Their details are: Samual born 1873, Matilda born c1873, Charles born 1899, James born 1900, Samual born 1904.
Much appreciate you help.
Regards, Joe.

Name: Miss Plested

Age: 30
Port of Departure: Calcutta, India
Arrival Date: 3 Jun 1897
Port of Arrival: London, England

She is listed as a missionary and is scottish.

I think it must be her although she would be 43 and wasn't Scottish.

Sorry I didn't reply at the time. I had problems with my laptop.

I see your kind offer, please could you see if you can find Charles Shearston/e (variations in spelling) Born 1837 East Coke Somerset he disappeared after his Marriages 15 May 1865 to Elizabeth Bell, & turns up in the 1901 census with a niece in Portsmouth, as a widower age 62 living on own means, the 1911 census he has re married & his trade was retired Miner I would have thought his port arrival would be Southampton.
Thank you .

Can you see a HENRY VICTOR HOWARD HARDING, born 1869 in the Manchester area? He was known by his middle name of Victor for most of his life, so that may be a possible too.

His last known profession in the 1901 census is Electrician.

I'm beginning to think that he may have emigrated. If he did, I'm hopeful that your records may show him returning to the UK for a visit perhaps?

Many thanks in advance.

Hi Julia,
I am trying to trace the movements of a cousin who left Australia for England some time after world war 2. Not clear whether she travelled under the name of Gladys Carter or Keller. It would be great if you could find her.
Thanks Heather

Hello Julia

Please would you have a look for Patrick McIntyre 1846, thank you !!!!.

I believe he came from Ireland to the UK before 1870 as he married Margaret Thomson in Eaglesham, Renfrewshire that year. His parents are listed as Philip McIntyre and Mary McParlan on his marriage certificate.

I can find no trace of Patrick before he married.

Thanks again,
Liz
