Thank you all for your quick replies, I already had most of the info, but it is good to know people out there are willing to help.
Thank you again, and I shall follow up on one suggestion about birth certs next time I am in the area.

On the 1851 census only Sarah is down as the daughter of Sarah.

Wiliam, Sarah and Sarah Jackson are lodgers, Robert is a nurse child and the last one listed under older William and family.

Can someone out there help? I am trying to find the father of Sarah Jackson (1849) and Robert Jackson(1842) both born in Norton Canes Staffordshire. I have the mother Sarah, she is my 2xgt grandma and who she married and had more children with.
