Joseph Allen (born around 1893 possibly) & Mary-Anne Bray had two children, Wallis Clive Allen & Monica Bray.

Not sure if they married as the records I have from my family have stated the children had different surnames.

I know nothing futher after Joseph & Mary-Anne and would love to hear from anyone who may have some exact dates or know the story behind these two people.

Wallis Clive was my grandfather but no one knows anything about his parents other than this.

Leicestershire would definitely make sense as further down my father was born there - Wallis' son!

Not sure if Mary-Anne married before but it's something I think would be possible, would explain the different surnames of the children

Still haven't found anything for Monica though, do you know if she was older or younger than your Grandfather??

Again no information. My family know nothing about each other. They moved around a lot and information like birth dates where never shared. Plus none of my grandparents are alive so I'm flying blind somewhat
